Emergency Care Emergency care involves stabilizing the patient and may include placing intravenous catheters, administering IV fluids, administering medications, oxygen therapy, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.  Our in-house laboratory, radiology and ultrasound capabilities enable us to get crucial diagnostic information very quickly.  Our Blood Bank program guarantees that patients will have access to a safe and adequate blood supply.  CVES has a dedicated, fully-equipped surgical suite, should your pet’s condition require immediate surgical intervention. Critical Care CVES is fully equipped and staffed to provide state-of-the-art intensive care medicine.
